Our Half Way House & Garden Decorating Kits and Centrepiece Gingerbread Houses include the sweets below, but also have a more extensive range of sweets and these ingredients are listed at the bottom of the page.

Gingerbread:
Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), unsalted butter (MILK, minimum 80% MILK fat), golden syrup*, light brown soft sugar*, EGG, ground ginger (<1%), ground cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda (raising agent:  sodium carbonate), *from raw cane sugar.

Icing:
Icing sugar (icing sugar, anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)), water, Meri-White royal icing mix (WHEAT starch, dried EGG albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid), dextrose, stabiliser (guar gum)).

Jelly Beans:

Jelly Babies:
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, gelatine (beef), maize starch, fruit juices from concentrates (strawberry, pear, blackcurrant, lime, lemon, orange), acid (citric acid), flavourings, colours (anthocyanins, curcumin, paprika extract), safflower concentrate, spirulina concentrate. 
 
Mini Marshmallows:
Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine (pork), maize starch, colour (beetroot red, E100, E120, E131), flavourings, .

Jelly Tots:
Sugar, glucose syrup, starch, acids (malic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid), concentrated fruit juices (0.9%) (apple, blackcurrant, strawberry, lemon, orange, lime), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), flavourings, plant and vegetable concentrates (carrot, hibiscus), colours (anthocyanins, copper complexes of chlorophyllins, carotenes, curcumin).

Dolly Mixture:
